Returns and Refunds
We want you to love your artwork. If something’s not right, we’ll make it right.

📦 Damaged or Delayed Orders If your print arrives damaged or is significantly delayed, we’ll send a replacement free of charge. Just contact us with a photo of the issue and we’ll take care of the rest. Note: Normal postal delays or customs hold-ups aren’t eligible for refunds.

💸 Change of Mind If you change your mind, we’re happy to offer a refund within a reasonable time frame. You’ll need to return the item to us, and once received, we’ll process your refund. Please note: Fulfilment costs (printing and shipping) are non-refundable, as they’re handled by our print partner separately.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. You are responsible for the cost of returns. To start a return, you can contact Charlene at info@charleneshirleydesignshop.com. If your return is accepted a return address will be emailed to you.
